We will confirm receipt of your registration via email on the day it is received at our offices (or the next working day if received on a weekend). Note that your reserved place cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Privacy Note that information provided by you for workshop registration will be used solely for that purpose, and will not be used by Assent Consulting Group or any third party without your express permission.
Guarantee If you are in any way dissatisfied your money will be refunded in full. If you do not believe the learnings, experience and workshop materials in the form of manuals, CD-ROM and processes will improve your performance, we will refund your workshop fee.
Cancellations If a registered delegate is unable to attend the workshop, a substitute delegate may attend in their place at no extra charge. If a cancellation in writing is received at our office at least 14 days before the scheduled date of the workshop, you may elect to either receive a refund of 50% of the registration price, or a credit note for the full value of the registration price. If less that 14 days before the event, a 25% refund of the registration price only will be provided. Assent Consulting Group has taken care to ensure that the brochure advertising the workshop is correct at time of publication. However, Assent Consulting Group holds all rights to alter the workshop and its program without notice.
